If you want to obtain a discount on the prescription you are filling, you must purchase it from a participating pharmacy. A participating pharmacy list will be included in with your ID card. Yes, you can add children over age 18 and other household members on the bottom portion of your enrollment application. This will allow us to issue personalized ID cards.
