There is no catch! We are here to help you earn Cash Rewards to save for healthcare expenses or anything else you choose to save for! There are no hidden fees or gimmicks. Simply shop and earn!

How do I earn Cash Rewards?
Earning Cash Rewards is easy! Once you register as a member of Medical Rewards Network you can shop with hundreds of nationally recognized merchants you already shop with.  When you click on a store you want to shop from, you will be on the store’s actual website with their regular customer pricing. There is no mark-up or hidden charges / fees when accessing a store through MedicalRewardsNetwork.com. However, because you access the store through the Medical Rewards Network website you will earn Cash Rewards on your purchases.

Do I have to be a member of Medical Rewards Network to shop with your partnered merchants?
Yes, if you are not a member or have not successfully logged into your account through Medical Rewards Network before you begin shopping there is no way for us to track your Cash Rewards and post them into your account.  It’s very easy to become a member and it’s FREE!

How do I shop and earn Cash Rewards?
First, make sure you sign up and are successfully logged onto the Medical Rewards Network website.  Next, simply search for the store that you want to visit.  Click on the link to your desired store and begin shopping. The stores in our network will track your purchase activity and send Medical Rewards Network Cash Rewards on all valid purchases on your behalf! Medical Rewards Network will then post your Cash Rewards to your account, which is redeemable once you’ve accumulated a minimum of $25.00.

What if I do not see a link to the merchant website?
Once you have selected a merchant from the list and are on the merchant page you should see links to the merchant site. If the banners do not appear, you may have software installed that prohibits the displays of advertisements. You will need to disable this feature in order to shop.

Will I be able to see Cash Rewards earned when I am checking out at the merchant website?
No. Once you have completed your purchase on the merchant website, the merchant will notify Medical Rewards Network of your purchase and we will credit your account with the Cash Rewards you have earned.

How soon will I see my earned Cash Rewards in my account?
Medical Rewards Network should receive confirmation of your purchase from the merchant within 10 to 30 days. As soon as we receive confirmation of your purchase, you will see your Cash Rewards in appear in “pending” status. Once the time period for returning your merchandise has passed, your pending rewards will be moved to “confirmed” Cash Rewards.

What is the difference between "Pending Rewards" and "Confirmed Rewards"?
Pending Rewards are rewards that you have earned, but are not yet eligible for request. These rewards may remain pending for up to 90 days since most merchants allow up to 90 days to return your merchandise. Therefore, we will not receive your Cash Rewards from a merchant until you can no longer return your purchase.   Once the merchant sends us your Cash Rewards, we will transfer it to your Confirmed Rewards. At that time, if you have over $25 in your confirmed rewards account, you can request your Cash Rewards and spend it however you want!

What if I don’t see Cash Rewards credited to my account for a recent purchase?
Please save your order confirmation until your cash rewards are posted to your account. If your Cash Rewards don’t appear in your account within 30 days of the purchase date, please contact Medical Rewards Network with this information and we will review our data and contact the merchant to determine what may have occurred. If it is determined that you did not make your purchase by first logging onto MedicalRewardsNetwork.com we will not be able to offer you Cash Rewards for your purchase.

Will I still earn Cash Rewards if I comparison shop?
Yes, as long as you click on the links to the merchants through MedicalRewardsNetwork.com. It is important to remember that wherever you decide to purchase your item, you will only earn Cash Rewards if you have accessed the merchant site directly from the Medical Rewards Network website first. If you do not successfully login to your Medical Rewards Network account prior to making your purchase we will have no way of tracking your rewards.

Can I still earn credit card points/miles/rewards in addition to Cash Rewards?
Absolutely. Pay with your credit card as you usually would and you’ll earn rewards from your credit card program and from Medical Rewards Network!

If I join Medical Rewards Network will I start to receive junk mail or spam?
Definitely not! We dislike spam, junk email, and pop-ups as much as you do. You will only receive periodic emails from us when we run specials or if there is a problem with your account.

How can I change my password, email address, or personal information?
Go to your Account Profile page after signing in with your user name and current password, at that point you can change any information other than your user name.

What if I forgot my password?
Click on this link: I forgot my password. Then type in your email address and we'll email your password to you!
NOTE: The address you type in must match the current email address supplied in your profile.

How do I request my Cash Rewards and what can I do with the check I receive back?
Once you reach the minimum amount of $25 you can request a payment for the amount you have earned by clicking “Request Cash Rewards”. After you fill in the necessary information, we will process your request immediately and you will receive a check, mailed to the address we have on file, to spend on healthcare expenses or anything else you choose.

Can I use coupons when I shop through Medical Rewards Network?
Of course, just make sure that discounts, percentage's off, or free offers are present in the shopping cart of the participating merchant when you check out.  Medical Rewards Network will not be responsible for any purchase price disputes. It is your responsibility to make sure coupons are not expired and that you are using them as specified by the merchant.
